DOSAGE:
- 2-4 teaspoons daily for maintenance or daily recipes
EATING TIPS:
- Not recommended for infants under age of 1 year old or people with allergy to honey. Diabetics need to adjust the dosage according to their health condition.
- Raw honey crystalises gradually if storage under 55°F for 2-3 months. Please put the crystalised honey jar in hot water (around 175°F) for 15 minutes to soften.
